So i have hit plateau week, was bound to happen. No weight loss this week, but no weight gain so definitely not complaining. Another 2cm off the waist though and back to a healthy waist measurement so that's a great thing. Now that i have hit healthy waist size, its about toning and finding the muscles underneath, i know they are in their somewhere!!
This week, i must admit, was another bit of a cheat week, well it was more one cheat day, my daughters borthday at an all you can eat restaurant. Probably not the smartest of ideas but the kids had a blast :) I didnt go crazy, a plate of food and some dessert. I dont know if that contributed to me not losing any weight this week, i doubt one meal would throw out a whole week. Hoping for better weight loss this week.
What i have struggled most with this past week is the weather. The rain and howling wind have sapped my motivation to go outdoors so i havent really been on many walks. A couple of walks and a couple of gym classes is all i managed this week. I am aiming to do better in that area this coming week as well. I have plans to go to some evening classes, and it looks like i cant avoid the spin bike classes. I will just suck it up and get on the bike to nowhere. i just have to keep reminding myself how good it is for the legs and butt!
As of tomorrow i begin the Spring Menu of the program, it will be nice to change the variety of food a bit, i am looking at it as a new start, 5 weeks on the Winter menu finished, now lets head into Spring.. all the while thinking about Summer and the new swimsuit i will be buying myself when i hit my goal :)
