Not as great a result this week as last week, but still not too bad. 1.5kg closer to my goal. I have been on this journey for only 2 weeks so far and have dropped 5.5 kg all up so overall i think i am doing ok.
Haven't had a good week exercise wise this past week, between having sick children, wet weather and other commitments, i haven't managed to get to the gym and have only managed one long walk, clearly it has shown in my results. I am going to have to try especially hard to make up for it this coming week. (all going well with the babies, of course)
We have my daughters second birthday this weekend so i will have to try really hard to not eat the party food, although party pies and sausage rolls are not my favourite things so i should be ok. Cake on the other hand, might be a little harder to stay away from. A small piece should be alright, as long as i go for an extra long walk the next day.
I am enjoying the food that comes in the program, there's a lot of variety, far more than i would be getting if i were cooking for myself. Some of my calories go to the babies who feel the need to share all my meals, but even with that i am not feeling hungry. Glad about that :)
So as i start out on week 3, i am looking forward to a good weight loss come next Tuesday, although i am feeling good about the waist measurements, 4cm gone in 2 weeks.. well on my way to a healthy waist line. After 3 children, it was bound to take its toll.. no excuse though, summer is coming and that bathing suit wont wear itself!!
